The 2025 Twinsburg Historical Society Quilt Fundraiser was made from 20 pieced “Vintage Flower Baskets” donated by friends. They were found in the attic of a house in Richfield Ohio, but no one knows exactly how they got there or who made them. We are very grateful that they were given to us.
In each block you can see that the flowers and leaves have been meticulously appliqued by hand, so that none of the edges of the fabric can be seen.
The fabric (+ batting and backing) and time spent hand quilting the 3 layers are all donated.
–over 400 hours spent quilting
We even make our own tickets — so all money donated through ticket sales can be used to benefit the Museum.
Since 2007 over $9,950 has been donated to the Museum.

And now, all the quilts since 2007 have been completed & donated to the Museum free of charge.
The fabric (+ batting & backing), time spent hand piecing the top, & time spent hand quilting the 3 layers — are all donated.
